This beauty therapy course combines modules from both Level 2 and Level 3, which means you can qualify at a faster pace, gaining experience across many different areas of beauty therapy. You’ll study a variety of topics, to develop your skills, including eyebrow treatments, massage with aromatherapy oils and wax techniques.

Spray Tanning (1/2 day course)

Very popular, quick and easy method of self-tanning. Learn how to apply a fast, flawless tan using HPLV spray tanning equipment. All equipment and products are supplied for use on the day, and training is carried out in small groups with students working on each other (and therefore benefiting from receiving a tan themselves!)

Lash Lifting (1/2 day course)

With eyes being a focus in Beauty, this is a popular treatment which will straighten your natural eyelashes at the root, giving a similar effect to using lash curlers, but that lasts for approx. 6 weeks.

Female Intimate Waxing (Hollywood/Brazilian) (1/2 day course)

The course will cover Brazilian and Hollywood waxing which is becoming a much requested treatment in salons today. Training is carried out in small groups of no more than five with modesty being preserved in the classroom environment.

Entry requirements: Prior waxing experience (6-12 months). Students need to bring a model to work on during the course.

A popular inch loss treatment. Learn how to apply the products, wrap and measure the client and mix a specific wrap formula tailored to your client’s individual needs.

Threading (1/2 day course)

Threading is a technique of removing hair by twisting, or crossing, two pieces of thread in an X. The hairs are removed in their natural lines – by rows giving a well-defined edge particularly to brows. The threading hair removal method is becoming so popular because it is quicker than tweezers while being more comfortable than waxing with minimum discomfort and after effects.

Ear Candling (1/2 day course)

You will learn the main benefits of this relaxing, therapeutic treatment, which aids many ear, nose, throat and head conditions. Basic anatomy and all the health and safety aspects of this therapy will be covered, as well as practical application of the candles and a pressure point massage.

Gel Polish (UV/LED) (1/2 day course)

A Gel systems that can be applied over a false or natural nail to give extra strength and prolong the life of the coloured polish.

Thai Compress Massage (1 day course)

Originally practised by Thai healers, herbal heat compresses called dumplings or ‘luk pra kob’are used in conjunction with massage to deliver a powerful detoxifying and relaxing treatment.
